I generally don’t make items on spec. That is, make something and then hope someone buys it. The kind of person that buys on impulse like that is anchored by Walmart prices and that probably doesn’t even cover materials for me.
That said, I sometimes sell practice pieces or extras from a batch. They are sold either:
- Buy It Now
- Silent Auction
