Direct Sales

I generally don’t make items on spec; that is, I make something and then hope someone buys it. The kind of person who buys on impulse like that is anchored by Walmart prices, and that probably doesn’t even cover materials for me. I do accept commissions if I have time between my projects. I may make extras of that item if I think there will be interest.

I will also occasionally have prototypes or old A&S contest entries I no longer want. I will sell these here, along with the extras mentioned above. They are sold either:

  • Buy It Now
  • Silent Auction

See this info page for how each works.

See the Sold page for the stuff that already sold. If you waited too long, that’s probably where the item is now..

Curly maple folding stool. Brass finials – $200

Cherry folding stool (2 available) – $200 @

Red oak necklace rack, though, I suppose you could hang ties on it, I can’t imagine owning more than two, but there are weird folks out there. It is 25″ wide, 3-1/3″ tall and has wall hangers mounted on the back. It has 21 pegs. Slightly used, just looking for a home really.

Some years ago I saw a YouTube video about a father/son project that made tons of these as gifts and thought it was a brilliant idea. Seems I made 2 more than I needed for that year’s Christmas. Save them from the fires!

A little tarnished, it’s been kicking around in my overflow box for…a long time. It’s rather more ostentatious that I would wear, but it’s beautiful work. The disc is 4-1/2″ in diameter, so it’s no fooling, “look at me” kind of thing.
